About
I am Gabrielly Carvalho, a Trainee Lawyer in Portugal, supervised by Dr. João Nogueira Marques, Lawyer.
I trained in law in both Brazil and Portugal. I hold a law degree recognised by NOVA School of Law (16/20) and a Master’s in International Legal Sciences from the School of Law of the University of Lisbon (15/20).
I work mainly in Immigration and Nationality, Property, Business, Employment, Insurance and Civil Liability. Each case is different, and each gets personal attention, technical rigour, plain-language explanations and a focus on what actually works.
I'm also building expertise at the intersection of Law, Data and Technology: data protection, AI, cybersecurity and technology regulation.
